Who:
Open to WGSL parents, grandparents, older siblings, and others in the community looking to earn a little extra cash. Ages 13 and up
What:
Training to create our own Woodstock Girls Softball League umpire group.
Umpires who train at our clinic will have the opportunity to umpire at our spring and fall rec games for the 8u&10u divisions.
**This training is not for patched\certified umpires or for older divisions.
When:
8u/10u rec umpire training
March 2nd 10-1/(1:30)
Where:
Woodstock public library downstairs meeting room.
Why:
It’s fun and it’s Free!
Earn some extra money by umping some games in our community.
$50/game for 8u
$65/game for 10u
WGSL umpires will receive an umpire shirt provided by the league.
Umpires will have to purchase their own umpire gear.
Game assignments will be on a first come first serve basis. We cannot guarantee any games.
All adults will be required to have a background check before they are scheduled for any games.
