2024 Coaching Clinics
Come join us for our 2024 Coaches Clinics!
Open to all who are interested in coaching in WGSL.
**Head coaches will be required to attend.
We also strongly encourage all those interested in assistant coaching to attend.
WHY:
Rec programs rely on volunteer coaches. Through our training program, coaches will learn basic skills and drills to run with their teams throughout the season. By running The same basic drills on all teams from 6u—14u we create consistency so girls are learning the same skills even in a new division or from a new coach. Consistency in our coaching will build stronger players and a stronger program.
WHO is this clinic for:
**Head coaches
Assistant coaches
Parents/Grandparents of players wanting to learn more skill/drills for their child
WHEN:
SUNDAYS 10am-12pm
2/18—Hitting
2/25—Fielding
3/3—How to run a practice
3/10—Coaching philosophy and run your own practice.
WHERE:
Woodstock North High School Main Gym
We need coaches!

We are looking for parents, grandparents and others who are interested in helping improve our program with good consistent coaching.
